A.F. Sterling HomesSanta Rita Ridge is Now Open

IIt's not just the fine reputation of local homebuilder A.F. Sterling Homes that's attracting buyers to its new community at Santa Rita Ranch. "Our buyers are surprised by the community's natural beauty," says AF Sterling's Traci Fontaine.

"They like the rolling natural terrain and the fact that we're nestled into this beautiful foothills setting of the Santa Rita Mountains," says Fontaine.

A number of residents are first time homeowners and several are working on Tucson's eastside and want to be nearer to their places of employment.

Of course, the company enjoys a sterling image with the home buying public -building quality new homes in Tucson since 1987. Testimony to the company's excellent reputation is that every fifth buyer results from an existing AF Sterling homeowner's referral.

In fact, the Tucson homebuilder was recently named 2005 Builder of the Year by the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association for the fourth time.

"We've built upon that reputation by incorporating features that add value to each of our homes," says Traci Fontaine, of AF Sterling."

Buyers will be able to choose from between seven single and two-story plans with either three or four bedrooms that range from 1,174 to 2,080 square feet.
